and National Anthem
(Amendment) Rules 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Singapore Arms and Flag and National Anthem Act, the President makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Singapore Arms and Flag and National Anthem (Amendment) Rules 2020 and come into operation on 25 April 2020.

Amendment of rule 5

2. Rule 5(3) of the Singapore Arms and Flag and National Anthem Rules (R 1) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “each year”, the words “, or the period between 25 April 2020 and 30 June 2020 (both dates inclusive)”.
