(Commencement) Notification 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Parliamentary Elections (Amendment) Act 2023, the Prime Minister makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Parliamentary Elections (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) Notification 2023.
2.  Sections 3, 5, 7, 8, 46(1) and (2)(c) and 48 of the Parliamentary Elections (Amendment) Act 2023 come into operation on 1 June 2023.
