(Commencement) Notification 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Presidential Elections (Amendment) Act 2023, the Prime Minister makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Presidential Elections (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) Notification 2023.
2.  The Presidential Elections (Amendment) Act 2023 comes into operation on 1 June 2023.
