Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Prime Minister) (Amendment) Notification 2010

Variation of Responsibility of Prime Minister

It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 1st July 2010, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Prime Minister) Notification 2006 (G.N. No. S 301/2006) —

(a)	by inserting, immediately below the words “Elections Department.” under the heading “Departments/Statutory Bodies”, the words “National Climate Change Secretariat.”; and
(b)	by inserting, immediately below the words “Cabinet Business.” under the heading “Subjects”, the words “Co-ordination of policies associated with climate change.”.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Prime Minister) (Amendment) Notification 2010.
