Registration of Criminals Act (Amendment of First, Second and Third Schedules) Order 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Registration of Criminals Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Registration of Criminals Act (Amendment of First, Second and Third Schedules) Order 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st February 2008.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Registration of Criminals Act is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after the words “OFFENCES UNDER THE PENAL CODE” in the heading to Part I, the words “INCLUDED BEFORE 1ST FEBRUARY 2008”;
(b)by inserting, immediately after the words “Abetment of” in the item relating to “Chapters V and VA and section 511” in Part I, a comma; and
(c)by inserting, immediately after Part I, the following Part:

Amendment of Second Schedule

(b)by inserting, immediately after the words “Abetment of” in the item relating to “Chapters V and VA and section 511” in Part I, a comma; and
(c)by inserting, immediately after Part I, the following Part:
