Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Notification 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Immigration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Notification 1999 and shall come into operation on 18th July 1999.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure) (Consolidation) Notification (N 1) is amended by inserting, immediately after item (14), the following item:

“(15) New Woodlands Checkpoint, 21, Woodlands Crossing, Singapore 738203. ”.
