Singapore Armed Forces (Dxo — Service Grades) Regulations 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 205 of the Singapore Armed Forces Act, the Armed Forces Council hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Singapore Armed Forces (DXO — Service Grades) Regulations 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2002.

Service grades of regular servicemen in non-uniformed service

2.—(1) The service grades of regular servicemen in the non-uniformed service shall be as set out in the Schedule.

(2) A regular serviceman in the non-uniformed service shall be known as a defence executive officer of the relevant grade set out in the Schedule.

Revocation

3. The Singapore Armed Forces (NUSAF — Service Grades) Regulations (Rg 16) are revoked.
