Medical (Therapy, Education and Research) (Approved Hospitals) Notification 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(2) of the Medical (Therapy, Education and Research) Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Medical (Therapy, Education and Research) (Approved Hospitals) Notification 1997 and shall come into operation on 12th December 1997.

Approved hospitals

2. The hospitals set out in the Schedule are hereby declared to be approved hospitals for the purposes of section 7 of the Act.

Cancellation

3. The Medical (Therapy, Education and Research) (Approved Hospitals) Notification (N 1) is cancelled.
