| Planning (Development of Land Authorisation) (Amendment) Notification 2004 |

| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Development of Land Authorisation) (Amendment) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 10th June 2004. |
| Amendment of paragraph 2 |
| 2. Paragraph 2(1) of the Planning (Development of Land Authorisation) Notification (N 1, 2004 Ed.) is amended by deleting the words “12 months” in sub-paragraph (m) (viii) and substituting the words “3 years”. |
| Transitional provision |
| 3. This Notification shall not apply to any authorisation for use as a home-office obtained under paragraph 2(1)(m) of the Planning (Development of Land Authorisation) Notification which was in force immediately before 10th June 2004. |
