and Sale) (Amendment) Act 2019
(Commencement) Notification 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) (Amendment) Act 2019, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) (Amendment) Act 2019 (Commencement) Notification 2019.
2.  Sections 4 and 5 of the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) (Amendment) Act 2019 come into operation on 1 May 2019.
