(Government Officers — Exemption)
(Amendment) Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28(4) of the Trade Unions Act, the President makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Trade Unions (Government Officers — Exemption) (Amendment) Notification 2015 and comes into operation on 1 June 2015.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Trade Unions (Government Officers — Exemption) Notification (N 2) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “and” at the end of sub‑paragraph (a); and

(b)

by deleting the full‑stop at the end of sub‑paragraph (b) and substituting the word “; and”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub‑paragraph:

“(c)	all public officers appointed as forensic specialists under section 65A(1)(a) of the Police Force Act (Cap. 235).”.
