Limited Liability Partnerships
(Amendment) Regulations 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 56 of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Limited Liability Partnerships (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 1 June 2018.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations (Rg 1) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “a hard copy of” in item 5; and

(b)

by deleting item 11 and substituting the following item:

“11.	For certification of documents filed or lodged with the Registrar under section 28B(1) of the Act

$1 per page or part of a page”.
