(Chapter 1)
Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Manpower) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36(1) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Manpower, with the approval of the President, hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Manpower) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Notification 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2007.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of Manpower) (Consolidation) Notification (N 9) is amended —
(a)by deleting paragraph (d) in the second column and substituting the following paragraph:
“(d)Section 7(1) of the Workplace Safety and Health Act 2006 (Act 7 of 2006).”; and
(b)by deleting the words “Foreign Workers” in paragraph (f) in the second column and substituting the words “Foreign Manpower”.
