Customs (Miscellaneous Fees and Rates)
(Amendment) Regulations 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 143(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Customs (Miscellaneous Fees and Rates) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 2 June 2018.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Part II of the Schedule to the Customs (Miscellaneous Fees and Rates) Regulations 2012 (G.N. No. S 634/2012) is amended by deleting the words “for the separate and exclusive import, export and transhipment of goods by air by Federal Express (S) Pte. Ltd.” in item 1 and substituting the words “reserved for the separate and exclusive import, export and transhipment of goods by air by Federal Express (Singapore) Pte Ltd or TNT Express Worldwide (Singapore) Pte Ltd”.
