Public Utilities (Amendment) Act 2018
(Commencement) Notification 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Public Utilities (Amendment) Act 2018, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Public Utilities (Amendment) Act 2018 (Commencement) Notification 2020.
2.  Section 17 of the Public Utilities (Amendment) Act 2018 comes into operation on 30 April 2020.
