| 1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2001. |
| Amendment of Consolidation Order |
| 2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended by deleting the words “The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China” in item 134 and substituting the words “Industrial and Commercial Bank of China”, with effect from 1st January 1998.
