Public Utilities (Composition of Offences)
(Amendment) Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 59(2) of the Public Utilities Act, the Public Utilities Board, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Public Utilities (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 30 April 2020.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Public Utilities (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2014 (G.N. No. S 825/2014) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “section 59(1)” and substituting the words “section 59(1)(b)”; and
(b)	by deleting “14(3),” in paragraph (c) and substituting “14(2),”.
