Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Notification 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Notification 2001 and shall come into operation on 13th July 2001.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. Item 29 of Part I of the First Schedule to the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act is amended by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:

“(b)	the CISCO Recall Total Information Management Pte. Ltd.;”.
