Fisheries (Riverine Fishing) (Revocation) Rules 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Fisheries Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Fisheries (Riverine Fishing) (Revocation) Rules 2004 and shall come into operation on 27th January 2004.

Revocation

2. The Fisheries (Riverine Fishing) Rules (R 8) are revoked.
