Road Traffic (Driving Towards A Low Co2 Singapore) (Exemption) Order 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:
Citation
1.  This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Driving Towards a Low CO2 Singapore) (Exemption) Order 2011.
Exemption
2.  The persons set out in the Schedule shall be exempted from section 12(1) and (2) of the Act in respect of the keeping or using the vehicle (not registered under the Act) bearing the registration number IN-MP1067 on any road in Singapore during the period from 26th January 2011 to 28th January 2011 (both dates inclusive).

Made this 26th day of January 2011.
