Public Entertainments and Meetings
(Security) (Amendment)
Notification 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11(1) of the Public Entertainments and Meetings Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Public Entertainments and Meetings (Security) (Amendment) Notification 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2011.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item (3) in the Schedule to the Public Entertainments and Meetings (Security) Notification (N 1) is amended by deleting the words “amusement parks,” in the first column.
