(Chapter 121A)

Government Securities (Amendment) Regulations 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 31 of the Government Securities Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Finance, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Government Securities (Amendment) Regulations 1999 and shall come into operation on 16th August 1999.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Government Securities Regulations (Rg 1) is amended —

(a)

by deleting item (3) and substituting the following item:

“(3) Keppel TatLee Bank Limited.”; and

(b)

by deleting item (7) and substituting the following item:

“(7) Bank of America NA.”.
