Interpretation
(Temporary Suspension of
Electronic Road Pricing System Charges)
(Amendment) Order 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 46(2) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:
Citation
1.  This Order is the Interpretation (Temporary Suspension of Electronic Road Pricing System Charges) (Amendment) Order 2020.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Interpretation (Temporary Suspension of Electronic Road Pricing System Charges) Order 2020 (G.N. No. S 247/2020) is amended by deleting the words “4 May 2020” in sub‑paragraphs (1) and (2) and substituting in each case the words “1 June 2020”.
