Retirement and Re-employment (Exemption)
(Amendment) Notification 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Retirement and Re-employment Act, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Retirement and Re-employment (Exemption) (Amendment) Notification 2017 and comes into operation on 1 July 2017.
Amendment of paragraph 3
2.  Paragraph 3(1) of the Retirement and Re‑employment (Exemption) Notification 2011 (G.N. No. S 560/2011) is amended by deleting the words “Sections 4 and 5” and substituting the words “Section 4”.
