National Registration (Amendment No. 2)
Regulations 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the National Registration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Registration (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st July 1998.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the National Registration Regulations (Rg 2) is amended —

(a)

by deleting “$25” in item 3(a) and substituting “$100”; and

(b)

by deleting paragraphs (b) and (c) of item 3 and substituting the following paragraph:

“(b)	second and every subsequent replacement

$300.”.
