(Chapter 121A)
Government Securities (Amendment) Regulations 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 31(1) of the Government Securities Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Finance, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Government Securities (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and shall come into operation on 4th July 2007.
Amendment of regulation 3
2.  Regulation 3(4) of the Government Securities Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting “$10.30” and substituting the words “$10 (exclusive of goods and services tax chargeable under the Goods and Services Tax Act (Cap. 117A))”.
Amendment of regulation 6
3.  Regulation 6(2) of the Government Securities Regulations is amended —
(a)by deleting the words “is limited to making” in sub-paragraph (a);
(b)by deleting the words “one application” in sub-paragraph (a) and substituting the words “may apply”; and
(c)by deleting the words “is limited to making one application” in sub-paragraph (b) and substituting the words “may apply”.
