(Commencement) Notification 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Registration of Criminals (Amendment) Act 2022, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Registration of Criminals (Amendment) Act 2022 (Commencement) Notification 2023.
2.  The Registration of Criminals (Amendment) Act 2022 comes into operation on 12 June 2023.
