Electronic Transactions Act (Commencement) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Electronic Transactions Act 2010, RAdm (NS) Lui Tuck Yew, Senior Minister of State, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts, hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Electronic Transactions Act (Commencement) Notification 2010.
2.  The Electronic Transactions Act 2010 shall come into operation on 1st July 2010.
