(Power-Assisted Bicycles — Approval)
(Exemption) Order 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Power-Assisted Bicycles — Approval) (Exemption) Order 2011.

Exemption

2. The Road Traffic (Power-Assisted Bicycles — Approval) Rules 2004 (G.N. No. S 768/2004) shall not apply in relation to any power-assisted bicycle which falls within the exemption under paragraph 3 of the Road Traffic (Nanyang Technological University Power-Assisted Bicycles Trial) (Exemption from Part I and Section 91) Order 2011 (G.N. No. S 363/2011).
