Constitution of the Republic of Singapore
Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of the Prime Minister, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.—(1)  This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2001 and shall, with the exception of paragraph 2(c), come into operation on 1st August 2001.
(2)  Paragraph 2(c) shall come into operation on 22nd September 2001.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order (O 2) is amended —
(a)by deleting the name “Mr Chan Sek Keong” in the third column of item 7 and substituting the name “Mr Chan Seng Onn”;
(b)by inserting, immediately after the name “Mr Liew Heng San” in the third column of item 7, the name “Mr Bilahari Kausikan”; and
(c)by deleting the name “Mr Lee Ek Tieng” in the third column of item 1 and substituting the name “Mr Khaw Boon Wan”.
