Intellectual Property (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act (Commencement) Notification 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Intellectual Property (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2004, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Intellectual Property (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act (Commencement) Notification 2004.

2. The Intellectual Property (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2004 shall come into operation on 1st July 2004.
