Responsibility of Minister for Manpower

It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that Mr Tan Chuan‑Jin shall, with effect from 1st May 2014, be charged with the responsibility for the departments and subjects set out in the Schedule and that he shall be designated as the Minister for Manpower.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Manpower) Notification 2014.

Cancellation

3. The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Manpower) Notification 2013 (G.N. No. S 572/2013) is cancelled.
