Prevention of Pollution of the Sea Act
(Chapter 243)
Prevention of Pollution of the Sea (Composition of Offences) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1999
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 33 of the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea Act, the Minister for Communications and Information Technology hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea (Composition of Offences) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1999 and shall come into operation on 27th August 1999.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg  6) is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after the words “Reception Facilities” in item (d), the words “and Garbage Facilities”; and
(b)by inserting, immediately after item (e), the following item:
“(f)Regulation 11(1) of the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea (Garbage) Regulations 1999 (G.N. No. S 363/99).”.
