(Chapter 87A)
Education Endowment Scheme (Prescribed
Schools) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (d) of the definition of “prescribed school” in section 2 (1) and section 24(f) of the Education Endowment Scheme Act, the Minister for Education hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Education Endowment Scheme (Prescribed Schools) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2000 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st January 1998.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Education Endowment Scheme (Prescribed Schools) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by inserting, immediately after item (8) under the heading “ Institutes of Technical Education”, the following item:
“
(9) Queenstown Vocational Training Centre
 
1st January 1998.
”.
