(Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2)
Notification 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Departmental Titles (Alteration) Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Departmental Titles (Alteration) Act (Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2) Notification 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2013.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Departmental Titles (Alteration) Act is amended by inserting, immediately at the end thereof, the following item:

Old Title or Name of Office

New Title or Name of Office

“Parliamentary Counsel

Chief Legislative Counsel.”.
