Electronic Transactions Act (Commencement)
Notification 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Electronic Transactions Act 1998, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Electronic Transactions Act (Commencement) Notification 1998.
2.  The Electronic Transactions Act 1998 shall come into operation on 10th July 1998.
