Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 5) Order 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(9) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 5) Order 1998 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 4th June 1998.

Amendment of Consolidation Order

2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended by deleting the words “Deutsche Morgan Grenfell (Singapore) Ltd” in item (107) and substituting the words “Deutsche Capital Singapore Ltd”.
