Order 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Public Transport Council Act, the Public Transport Council makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Public Transport Council (Ticket Payment Service Licence) (Exemption) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2017 and comes into operation on 6 July 2017.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Transport Council (Ticket Payment Service Licence) (Exemption) Order 2014 (G.N. No. S 514/2014) is amended —

(a)

by deleting items 5, 12, 13, 15, 19, 39, 40, 41, 43, 49, 57, 60, 61, 65, 71, 83, 85, 92, 106, 120, 126, 151 and 154; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 177, the following items:
