Income Tax Act (Amendment of First Schedule)
Order 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 106(3) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 1998 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st January 1997.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. Paragraph A of the First Schedule to the Income Tax Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 35A, the following item:

“35B.

National Science and Technology Board

Cap. 201A.”.
