In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the SkillsFuture Singapore Agency (Amendment) Act 2023, the Minister for Education makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the SkillsFuture Singapore Agency (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) Notification 2023.

2. The SkillsFuture Singapore Agency (Amendment) Act 2023 comes into operation on 15 June 2023.
