Patents (Convention Countries) (Amendment) Order 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 89(1) of the Patents Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Order:
Citation
1.  This Order may be cited as the Patents (Convention Countries) (Amendment) Order 2001.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Patents (Convention Countries) Order (O 1) is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately below the word “Namibia”, the word “Nepal”, with effect from 22nd June 2001; and
(b)by inserting, immediately below the word “Togo”, the word “Tonga”, with effect from 14th June 2001.
