Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act
(Chapter 173A)
Approved Hospitals and Health Care Institutions
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health hereby approves the following health care institutions for the purposes of Part II of the Act, with effect from 1st August 2002:
(1)Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital & Nursing Home
(2)Bright Vision Hospital.
