(Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Civil Defence and Other Matters Act 2018, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Civil Defence and Other Matters Act 2018 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2019.

2. Sections 11, 13 to 17, 22, 26, 29 and 31 of the Civil Defence and Other Matters Act 2018 come into operation on 13 May 2019.
