| 1. This Order may be cited as the Estate Duty (Koh Peng Yam, Deceased) (Remission) Order 2001. |
| Remission of estate duty |
| 2. The sum of $1,238.40 payable under the Act on the share in the Estate of Oey Siok Lian, Deceased, passing on the death of Koh Peng Yam on 19th December 1997 is hereby remitted. |
