Singapore Totalisator Board Act
(Chapter 305A)
Singapore Totalisator Board (Prescribed Lotteries, Betting and Gaming Activities) (Amendment) Regulations 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4 (1)(c) and 21 of the Singapore Totalisator Board Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Singapore Totalisator Board (Prescribed Lotteries, Betting and Gaming Activities) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 23rd November 2004.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Singapore Totalisator Board (Prescribed Lotteries, Betting and Gaming Activities) Regulations 2004 (G.N. No. S 241/2004) is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (c), the following paragraph:
“(ca)Scratchit;”.
