Free Trade Zones Act
(Chapter 114)
Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Free Trade Zones Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2001 and shall come into operation on 17th August 2001.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) Notification (N 3) is amended by deleting item (5) and substituting the following item:
“(5)   Changi Airport Cargo Terminal Complex
All that area comprising part of Lots 1288Pt, 3363KPt, 3364NPt, 3365XPt and Lots 1246, 1273 occupied by “CHANGI AIRPORT CARGO TERMINAL COMPLEX – FREE TRADE ZONE” and containing an area of about 487,820 square metres and bounded approximately as follows:
 
 
 
Commencing at a point on eastern-most corner of “CHANGI AIRPORT CARGO TERMINAL COMPLEX – FREE TRADE ZONE” which point is 40,701.0 metres North and 46,633.6 metres East of the Survey Department’s origin of co-ordinates (30,000 metres North, 30,000 metres East), the boundary runs along successive lines of fence of bearings and distances as under:

Amendment of Second Schedule
3.  The Second Schedule to the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) Notification is amended by deleting Plan V and substituting the following Plan:
