Customs Act
(Chapter 70)
Customs (Authorised Piers and Places for Transhipment, Export and Transit by Sea) (Amendment) Regulations 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 31(1) and 143(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Authorised Piers and Places for Transhipment, Export and Transit by Sea) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and shall come into operation on 18th July 2007.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Customs (Authorised Piers and Places for Transhipment, Export and Transit by Sea) Regulations (Rg 5) is amended —
(a)by deleting the words “Jurong Fishing Port” in paragraph (d) and substituting the words “Jurong Fishery Port”; and
(b)by deleting the words “Senoko Fishing Port” in paragraph (e) and substituting the words “Senoko Fishery Port”.
