Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act
(Commencement) Notification 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act 1998, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 1998.
2.  The Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act 1998 shall come into operation on 20th July 1998.
