Skills Development Levy
(Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(3) of the Skills Development Levy Act, the Minister for Education (Higher Education and Skills) makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Skills Development Levy (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2017 and comes into operation on 11 July 2017.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2(1) of the Skills Development Levy (Exemption) Order 2014 (G.N. No. S 258/2014) is amended by inserting, immediately after sub‑paragraph (xi) of sub‑paragraph (a), the following sub‑paragraph:
“(xii)the Singapore University of Social Sciences;”.
