Public Transport Council Act (Amendment of Third Schedule) Order 2008

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27B of the Public Transport Council Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Transport Council Act (Amendment of Third Schedule) Order 2008 and shall come into operation on 31st July 2008.

Amendment of Third Schedule

2. The Third Schedule to the Act is amended by deleting “0.3%” and substituting “1.5%”.

Made this 30th day of July 2008.
